At Finesse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping containers, ensuring all protective padding and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item at our warehouse.
